Drayage Sales.

Key Responsibilities: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing, distributed operations team. Oversee drayage operations, ensuring on-time delivery, cost efficiency, and high customer satisfaction. Drivebusiness development and revenue growthwithin the drayage segment. Build and manage relationships withkey clients, ports, carriers, and freight partners. Lead pricing strategy, rate negotiations, and capacity planning to maximize margins. Oversee drayage operations to ensureon-time delivery, service quality, and customer satisfaction. Identify new market opportunities and expand the company’s drayage footprint. Monitor KPIs, pipeline performance, and profitability metrics. Collaborate with sales and operations teams to aligncustomer acquisition and execution.

What We’re Looking For: Strong background indrayage sales, carrier sales, or logistics business development. Proven track record inrevenue generation and client relationship management. Experience negotiating rates and managing carrier networks. Operational knowledge ofports, containers, and drayage logistics. Strategic mindset with ability to scale operations and sales simultaneously.

Qualifications: 5+ years of experiencein drayage, logistics sales, or operations leadership. Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field(preferred). Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
