About You The company is looking for: Undergraduate students currently enrolled in a related field of study. A GPA of 3.0 or higher. Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to self‑motivate and work productively without supervision. An interest in working in the Commercial Business Banking industry. Authorization to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis; no employment‑based immigration sponsorship or OPT/CPT assistance is provided.
