Position Summary:
The department is establishing a pool of applicants to fill potential part‑time temporary teaching positions.

Major Responsibilities:
The department typically hires for the courses/subject areas listed below but this list is not all-inclusive. Other courses/subject areas may become available within the department.

Activity/Theory Course Instructors
Student Teacher Supervisors
Adapted PE Lab Instructors
A classroom‑based 3-credit hour course pays $3500 per class.
A 1-credit hour activity course pays $1083 per class.
Student Teaching Supervision pays $325 per placement (1 placement = 1 student for one 8‑week quarter).
Required Qualifications:
Appropriate level of experience and/or Master’s degree.
Student Teacher Supervisors must have experience teaching physical education.
Preferred Qualifications: Terminal degree.
