Description: Maintenance Inventory Project Associate
Shift: First Shift, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour
Project Duration: Up to 6 WeeksJob Summary We are seeking two dependable associates to support a Maintenance Inventory Project. This temporary assignment will involve organizing, tracking, and managing maintenance inventory while ensuring accurate data entry and inventory control. Candidates should be comfortable working with computers and handling maintenance-related materials and parts.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with inventorying and organizing maintenance parts and supplies
- Accurately enter and update inventory information in computer systems
- Verify inventory counts and identify discrepancies
- Label, sort, and store maintenance materials in designated locations
- Support inventory audits and reporting as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
- Basic computer proficiency and data entry skillsAbility to lift and move materials weighing up to 25 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous experience with mechanical parts, maintenance inventory, or related materials is preferred but not required
