Strategic Director, Compliance Risk & Assurance

KARL STORZ Endoscopy is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Compliance Risk Assurance to lead a North America program. You will oversee audits, risk assessments, data analytics, and transparency reporting to strengthen compliance and protect organizational value across the business. The role requires deep compliance expertise, strong leadership, analytical rigor, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across all levels of the organization. Travel is ~15–25%.
