About the Role:
Levi & Korsinsky, LLP is seeking a smart, sharp, and proactive Litigation Paralegal to join our Securities Litigation team. This is a temporary position that will begin ASAP until late February 2027. You'll gain hands-on experience in complex litigation across federal and state courts throughout the country. We’re looking for candidates who are eager to learn, take initiative, and are serious about building a career in litigation support.
Key Responsibilities:
Support attorneys throughout all phases of litigation: case initiation, discovery, settlement, mediation/arbitration, and appeal.
Assist in preparing legal documents, including briefs, memoranda, exhibits, tables of contents and authorities, letters, and more.
Learn and apply Bluebook citation and proper formatting using MS Word and Styles.
Conduct and manage e-filing in federal and state courts nationwide, including researching and complying with local rules for drafting and filing requirements.
Maintain and organize case files and data using document management tools.
Update and normalize client data in Excel.
Assist with calendaring and tracking litigation deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of U.S. federal and state court systems and rules
- Demonstrated experience filing in multiple jurisdictions and the ability to research local rules to determine proper formatting and e-filing procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and basic familiarity with document management systems
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, think critically, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $25-$30/hour, based on experience
