Skill bridge eligible Combat Aviation Brigade Representative (Aviation Status Dashboard) Lulius Innovation | Hunter Army Airfield, Savannah, GA | Full-time, on-site with hybrid flexibility For decades, Army Aviation has run readiness on whiteboards, spreadsheets, and status slides rebuilt by hand every night because the systems of record do not talk to each other. Lulius built the Aviation Status Dashboard (ASD) to end that: one platform drawing from the authoritative sources, giving every echelon the same live, trusted picture. We are now fielding it across the Army Aviation enterprise, and the 3rd Infantry Division's Combat Aviation Brigade at Hunter Army Airfield is where it meets the force. We are hiring our representative on the ground. About Lulius Lulius Innovation is a veteran-owned small business headquartered in Reno, Nevada, dedicated to the Army Aviation mission. Under a recently awarded Army task order supporting PM AMSA and the Aviation Center of Excellence, we are fielding ASD to three schoolhouses, the program office at Redstone Arsenal, and the 3rd CAB.
The role:
The Combat Aviation Brigade Representative is Lulius on the flight line: an embedded, full-time role that stands up ASD nodes across the brigade's battalions, trains operators and administrators, and works shoulder to shoulder with the Soldiers whose workflows the platform carries. When a battalion S3, a production control officer, or a standardization pilot needs the readiness picture to be right, you are the person they come to, and you carry what you learn straight back into the product. We do not do "touch points." Embedded discovery is the job.
What you will do:
Stand up, configure, and maintain ASD battalion nodes across the brigade as fielding rolls out, working with unit staff and the Lulius engineering team in Nevada, Fort Rucker, and Huntsville. Deliver new equipment training, new feature training, and advanced user sessions for operators, administrators, and analysts. Sit with aviators, maintainers, subject matter experts, and staff in embedded discovery; capture how the brigade actually runs readiness, flight scheduling, and the Flying Hour Program; and turn it into requirements. Provide first-line technical support and triage, with 24-hour reachback to the Lulius team. Track the brigade's feature requests and defects and see them through to resolution. Support demonstrations, testing, and evaluation events with the unit and the program office.
What you bring:
An Army Aviation background in CAB operations, maintenance, standardization, safety, or training management. You know what the Flying Hour Program, aircraft availability, and aircrew currency mean to a battalion. Comfort teaching software to busy people and translating between the flight line and a development team. Enough technical fluency to manage a node with our engineers behind you. We will train the rest. Eligibility for installation access at Hunter Army Airfield, including a background check and CAC issuance under Government sponsorship. An active security clearance is a plus, not a requirement. Location and details Full-time, on-site at Hunter Army Airfield, Savannah, Georgia, with hybrid flexibility as the fielding schedule allows. Occasional travel to Fort Rucker and Redstone Arsenal, Alabama.
