We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to join a clinic-based pediatric therapy team. What You’ll Do:
As a COTA, you will work under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to provide individualized, developmentally appropriate care to pediatric patients. Responsibilities include:
Provide occupational therapy support services under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
Help children develop functional, sensory, motor, and daily living skills.
Implement individualized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions.
Monitor patient progress and contribute to ongoing treatment goals.
Collaborate closely with Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, families, and other clinical professionals.
Help create a positive, engaging, and supportive therapeutic environment.
Support meaningful developmental outcomes for children through individualized, patient-centered care.
Qualifications Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Active Arizona license or ability to obtain Arizona licensure
Previous clinic-based experience required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Passion for working with children and helping them achieve greater independence and developmental success
