About the role

Surat. Ticket domestic and international itineraries on our IATA accreditation - fares, reissues, refunds and the 24/7 disruption desk that travellers rely on. Full-time In-house Surat

What you’ll do: Build and price itineraries on Amadeus; issue, reissue and refund tickets Find the best routings and consolidator fares for complex international trips Handle schedule changes and disruptions calmly and fast Support the corporate desk with GST-compliant ticketing Requirements & Skills Amadeus or Galileo proficiency Fare construction & ticketing rules Calm under pressure IATA/UFTAA certification a plus Graduate; IATA/UFTAA foundation or GDS certification strongly preferred What you get Fixed salary + performance incentives (disclosed at offer stage) Discounted personal travel & familiarisation trips as you grow Training on live systems (GDS, visa portals, booking tools) Growth path within a 15+ year IATA-certified company Job details Opportunity type: Full-time Work mode: In-house
