They’ve built a loyal, high volume patient base over many years and are known for their cosmetic and medical dermatology services, including injectables, laser treatments, and skin care. They are looking for a physician who is comfortable in a cosmetic focused, patient facing role and who has experience building and maintaining a following. What They’re Looking ForBoard certified or board eligible Dermatologist (MD)5+ years of experience in cosmetic and aesthetic dermatology (Botox, fillers, laser treatments) Comfortable in a private practice setting with a sales-oriented compensation structure Excellent bedside manner and ability to build long term patient relationships Available to start immediately Compensation Base salary based on experience, plus a percentage of sales generated.
