Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000 annually
Description
Workday HCM Analyst:
We are seeking an experienced Workday HCM Analyst to join a Workforce Technology team supporting a large, complex enterprise Workday environment. This role will focus on functional support, configuration, testing, reporting, troubleshooting, and business process optimization across multiple Workday modules. The ideal candidate will have strong Workday HCM experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with HR, Payroll, Recruiting, IT, and other business stakeholders in a large enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday HCM modules and business processes.
Provide Workday production support, troubleshooting, break/fix, and issue resolution.
Support testing, system upgrades, implementations, and ongoing enhancements.
Participate in enterprise HR technology projects and roadmap initiatives.
Develop and support Workday reporting and data management processes.
Optimize workflows and business processes within Workday.
Support Workday Help case management and HR ticketing processes.
Partner with HR Operations, Payroll, Recruiting, IT, and business stakeholders.
Support configuration changes related to compensation, benefits, absence, and other HR processes.
Validate integrations and assess downstream system impacts.
Maintain system documentation and follow operational best practices.

- Required Qualifications3–5+ years of Workday HCM functional experience.
- Strong knowledge of Workday business processes and configuration.
- Experience supporting an enterprise-level Workday environment.
- Experience with Workday testing, reporting, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to work in a complex, fast-paced enterprise environment.
Highly Preferred:
Healthcare industry experience.
Experience supporting organizations with 10,000+ employees.
Workday implementation experience.
Strong Workday Absence Management experience.
Workday Compensation or Advanced Compensation experience.
Enterprise Workday consulting experience.
Service:
Now or other HR case management/ticketing experience. Experience with time and attendance integrations.
