Where You Will Work: Registered Nurse (RN) AH Pineville - Kidney Dialysis Unit Our Dialysis Unit cares for adult patients with acute and chronic kidney disease who require life-sustaining hemodialysis treatments. Many patients have complex conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, or heart failure, giving teammates strong exposure to critical thinking and specialized renal care. As part of our team, youll manage vascular access, monitor fluid and electrolyte balance, support hemodynamic stability, and provide ongoing patient education. Youll also build meaningful relationships with patients who receive frequent treatments and appreciate consistent, compassionate care. Expectations Were Looking For: Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association What Youll Do: Responsible for the direct provision of patient care and for assisting the manager with daily operations to include but not limited to coordination of patient care/outcomes, allocation of human and fiscal resources, communications, patient throughput, program development and oversight, patient, physician and employee rounding, selection, development, and retention of staff, clinical supervision and performance appraisal, performance improvement activities, service recovery and compliance with regulatory agency requirements. Maintains clinical and professional competency as appropriate to the population of patients served.
