Responsibilities:
- Administer and supervise medications
- Monitor resident health and well-being
- Assess physical and mental status
- Develop and update individualized care plans
- Lead and collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure excellent resident care
- Shifts Available:
- Full time / Part time / Per Diem7AM-7PM
Requirements:
Current, unencumbered RN license in PennsylvaniaCPR certificationIV certification (preferred) Long-term care experience (preferred)
