About the role

Melt Superintendent Reliable Safety & Flow Corporation is looking for a Melt Superintendent to manage all aspects of Foundry Melt Department operations in a high-volume production environment, as well as meet the goals and objectives set by the plant leadership team. A successful candidate will have strong leadership skills as well as working knowledge of electric melting processes, refractories and the practices necessary to sustain reliable operations.
