Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Washington State is seeking a Mental Health Therapist to perform diagnostic assessments, coordinate psychiatric referrals, and provide individual counseling, crisis stabilization, and suicide risk assessment. You will develop treatment plans, lead groups, and support program development and policy compliance, working closely with the Director and other teams to ensure culturally responsive, client-centered care.
