About the role

Overview In this role you will shape and scale a regional training organization within TE Connectivity’s Energy unit to strengthen customer capability, enhance installation quality and safety, and support commercial growth. You will lead the Americas training portfolio, collaborate across functions, and modernize delivery models including digital and hands-on formats. The position combines strategic direction with hands-on execution to translate field insights into measurable business outcomes. A key hook is building scalable, revenue-generating training and certification programs that drive customer value. Compensation / Benefitshealth insurance 401(k)disabilitylife insuranceemployee stock purchase planpaid time off Responsibilities Own the Americas training service portfolio, governance, and annual roadmap Develop curricula across TE Energy product lines covering capabilities, installation, quality, safety, and trends Create engaging learning experiences (classroom, digital, blended, hands-on) for employees, customers, installers, and partners Expand fee-based training, certification, and supervision services with sound commercial practices Improve customer outcomes through high-value learning and certification quality Translate field performance and customer input into updated standards and preventive training Coordinate regional operations including instructors, facilities, materials, and logistics Enable technical validation for type testing and customer application requirements Build cross-functional partnerships with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Quality, and regional/global stakeholders Key requirements 8+ years of relevant experience in corporate training, technical services, or related functions Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field, or equivalent practical experience Experience designing and delivering technical or customer-facing learning programs Ability to set direction and deliver results in a matrixed organization Strong facilitation, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data to plan and measure performancefacilitationcommunicationstakeholder managementSAPlearning management systems (LMS)digital learning platforms
