Lead Immunology Scientist - Multispecifics

ModeX Therapeutics Inc is seeking a Principal Scientist II, Immunology to lead discovery and preclinical development of multispecific biologics for immuno-oncology and immunology/inflammation indications. This role shapes strategy across the discovery lifecycle, from concept identification to IND-enabling development. You will mentor scientists, design and oversee in vitro, ex vivo, and in vivo studies, and ensure rigorous data generation and risk mitigation.
