Bear Force Summer 2026 The University Center is seeking students who will be able to assist the Mercer community in enjoying the University Center to the fullest extent. Bear Force members are expected to assist with all daily operations of the facility, and provide the workforce for athletic and special events. Bear Force team members play a vital role in setting and maintaining the atmosphere of the facility. Responsibilities include familiarity with all operations and programs of the UC, be available and willing to assist patrons, and treat all patrons with courtesy and respect. - Current Mercer student - Ability to exhibit quality, efficiency and competence in your work - Ability to work early-morning or late-night shifts - Strong work ethic - Positive attitude - Ability to handle situations in an appropriate manner -Flexible work schedule Pay Rate: $10 - $12 Scheduled Hours: 10 Start Date: 05/2/2026 End Date: 08/9/2026
