Senior Staff Backend Engineer, AI-Driven Access Security

ServiceNow is seeking a seasoned Staff Backend Engineer to architect, design, and maintain Access Security features that use AI to improve access intelligence and remediation workflows. You will build secure, scalable backend services in enterprise environments, leading architecture decisions and cross-functional collaboration. You will work with Go and Python, integrate AI into production systems, mentor engineers, and own end-to-end delivery from design to release and production readiness.
