Gen AI Developer (Washington DC-Baltimore Area)

Key Responsibilities: Develop GenAI applications using LLMs, RAG, agents, and prompt engineering. Build and integrate solutions using Python, APIs, vector databases, and embedding models. Work with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel. Integrate models from platforms such as Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI. Evaluate and optimize LLM solutions for accuracy, latency, scalability, security, and cost. Collaborate with engineering and business teams to move GenAI use cases from POC to production.

Required Skills: Strong Python and software engineering experience. Hands-on experience building GenAI/LLM applications. Strong understanding of RAG, embeddings, vector search, prompt engineering, and AI agents. Experience with cloud platforms and REST APIs. Exposure to LLMOps/MLOps, model evaluation, and responsible AI is preferred.
