Teamcenter PLM Architect

We are partnering with a client building a brand-new discrete manufacturing facility that produces components for hyperscale data center programs. They’ve selected Teamcenter, and they need a lead to build it right from day one. This is a true greenfield opportunity: no legacy system, no incumbent vendor, and no inherited data to clean up. The architecture you design in the first 90 days will set the foundation for how this company manages product data across multiple facilities. Why This Role Stands OutDesign a Teamcenter environment from a blank slate, with no legacy constraints Own the architecture decisions, not just the tickets See your work through from design to go-live Shape the data model for a company that will scale across multiple sites Remote-friendly with only about 10% travel What You’ll OwnArchitect the Teamcenter solution, including data model, configuration approach, and rollout strategy Define the BOM structure, part numbering schema, and lifecycle phase definitions Design and configure engineering change management workflows Architect and validate the integration between Teamcenter and ERP for BOM and part master handoff Lead the CAD-to-PLM integration with SolidWorksEstablish document control processes and governance standards Guide engineers and operators through onboarding so the system actually gets adopted What You BringDirect Teamcenter implementation experience, including at least one go-live you owned Hands-on configuration skills, not administration or governance only Experience designing BOM structures and part numbering schemas Experience with PLM-to-ERP integration Experience configuring engineering change management workflows The ability to get engineers on board with a new system and keep them using itUS-basedA Strong PlusSolidWorks or other CAD-to-PLM integration experience Discrete manufacturing background Multi-site PLM rollout experience Exposure to other PLM platforms (3DEXPERIENCE, Arena, or similar) Consulting or client-facing implementation experience
