Chemical Operator - Batch Production

Work Environment: Manufacturing Plant / Factory

Responsibilities: Execute batch making and chemical mixing processes according to established production schedules and quality guidelines. Perform product changeovers and set up equipment for incoming shifts. Conduct in-process quality tests and document results, process times, and any process variations. Enter SAP order confirmations accurately and in a timely manner. Operate a forklift to support material movement and ensure raw material availability before production runs. Assist with preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and training of new or temporary employees.

Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 6 months of experience in a chemical plant, batch production, industrial, manufacturing, or other production environment.

Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems for order entry and confirmations. Experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse setting. Ability to read and follow detailed work instructions or standard operating procedures.
