This senior leadership position is dedicated to supporting the Payer partnerships and Clinical organizations in their mission to reshape the funding and delivery of mental healthcare at scale. The successful candidate will be the operating layer that ensures the strategic intent of the Chief Commercial Officer is translated into clear, shared goals across product, clinical, commercial, and strategy functions.This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-growth, complex organization, driving the execution of cross-functional initiatives, and acting as the connective tissue to prevent misalignment. The Chief of Staff will also be responsible for owning the Clinical team's operating cadences, surfacing trade-offs, and leading internal initiatives that span various functions.To excel in this role, candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in operations, program management, strategy, or a prior Chief of Staff role, with a strong preference for those who have directly supported a C-suite executive.The ideal candidate will have a background in a high-growth company, be an exceptional project manager, and possess excellent writing skills. They should be adept at operating through influence, bringing structure to ambiguity, and be comfortable with friction as part of the process of nudging teams toward alignment.
