About the role

This role supports a CEO who leads a roofing company, a real estate portfolio, and several smaller companies. The job is to protect the CEO's time and make sure what gets decided gets done. You'd report directly to the CEO, with no layers in between. On a given Tuesday you might rebuild the week because a meeting moved, turn rough notes into tasks with owners and dates, book travel, follow up with a vendor, and point out that a new commitment conflicts with one made last month. That last part matters most. The CEO needs someone who catches what gets missed and says so. What you'd own: Calendar and inbox. You decide what gets the CEO's time, and you answer what doesn't need the CEO.Meeting prep and follow-through. The CEO walks in knowing what's on the table, and what was agreed gets done afterward. Travel, booked end to end. Personal logistics, including appointments and vendor coordination. The walls between the companies. Each business has its own accounts, files, and people, and they stay separate. You'll be one of the few people who sees all of them. You'll do well here if you've supported a founder or owner before, you write clearly, and you'd rather make a reasonable call and report it afterward than wait for permission. Discretion is part of the job, because you'll see finances and deals across every company. This is the wrong role if you want a fixed task list. Priorities change by the hour, the pace is fast, and some weeks include an early morning or an evening request.
Hybrid: in Scottsdale/Phoenix, the rest remote. $95,000 to $130,000 depending on experience.
