Beacon Hill Legal is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a top‑tier law firm located in the Chicago Loop. This is a full‑time, permanent position offering a 40‑hour workweek, hybrid/WFH flexibility, comprehensive benefits, and competitive compensation ranging from $120,000‑$160,000 based on experience. Qualifications &
Responsibilities: Minimum of 5-10+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate required Support trial preparation, including exhibit preparation, witness files, deposition coordination, and trial binders Conduct Bluebook cite‑checking and assist with proofreading and formatting of briefs and filings Utilize Relativity and other eDiscovery platforms to manage large‑scale document reviews, productions, and data analysis Assist attorneys with drafting and filing pleadings, including initial pleadings, motions to compel, mediation summaries, and other case‑related filings Manage and maintain case files, dockets, and deadlines to ensure compliance with court rules and scheduling orders Coordinate with attorneys, clients, vendors, and opposing counsel regarding discovery, scheduling, and case logistics The firm offers WFH flexibility, and compensation is commensurate with experience.
