Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Supervisor/Managerto join our production team in Big Lake, MN. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all coating operations, ensuring high-quality surface preperation and finishing in compliance with specifications and industry standards. This role involves managing staff, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety regulations are followed. If you are a skilled craftsman who takes pride in high-integrity paint production, we want to hear from you. (Pay is based on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Oversight of Operations, responcible for all coating operations, ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.
Team Management, Supervises and trains the painting team, coordinating scheduels and tasks.
Quality Control, Inspects surfaces and finished work to maintain high standards.
Inventory Managment, Manages inventroy and supply orders to ensure project needs are met.
Safety Compliance, Ensures all safety regulations are followed throughout the painting process.
Qualifications & Requirements
Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.
Comfortable working in confined spaces (inside tanks) and at elevated heights when required.
Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, and bend for extended periods.
