The Simone Law Firm, P.C. is growing and seeking an experienced Civil Litigation Associate Attorney to join our team in Cinnaminson, New Jersey. This position is ideal for an attorney with 6+ years of legal experience who is comfortable managing civil litigation matters, advising clients, drafting legal documents, negotiating disputes, and working collaboratively with paralegals and support staff. Our attorneys work across multiple practice areas, giving you the opportunity to handle varied and interesting matters rather than being limited to a narrow caseload. A hybrid work schedule is available for this position.

Compensation & Benefits:
Compensation is commensurate with experience, qualifications, and the overall compensation package agreed upon with the successful candidate.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday. Full‑time employment is preferred. However, we are willing to consider experienced attorneys seeking slightly reduced full‑time hours. Hybrid work is available based on the position and candidate. Our goal is to provide attorneys with a professional environment where they do not feel obligated to routinely work long nights or weekends.
Compensation: $120,000 - $160,000 yearly
Responsibilities:
As a Civil Litigation Associate Attorney, you will work directly with individuals and businesses throughout New Jersey and, when appropriately licensed, Pennsylvania.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Represent clients in court and before government agencies
- Manage civil litigation matters and provide strategic legal guidance
- Prepare and draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents
- Meet directly with clients for consultations and ongoing case strategy
- Advise individuals and businesses regarding legal matters and transactions
- Conduct settlement negotiations and work toward effective resolutions
- Lead and collaborate with paralegals and support staff on client matters
- Ensure compliance with applicable legal standards and regulations
- Manage administrative and case‑management responsibilities associated with your matters
- Build strong, professional relationships with clients
- Potentially mentor other attorneys and legal team members based on experience
Qualifications:
Required Active New Jersey Bar admission Minimum of 6 years of legal experience Civil litigation experience Strong legal research, writing, analytical, and problem‑solving skills Experience drafting and reviewing legal documents Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to confidently communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts Strong client relationship and interpersonal skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ExcelStrong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to high‑quality work Ability to work effectively within a collaborative legal team PreferredPennsylvania Bar admission Estate Planning and Probate experience Real Estate Law experience Homeowner Association (HOA) Law experienceExperience advising businesses and individuals on legal transactions Amicus Attorney case management software experienceExperience mentoring attorneys or supervising legal support staff About Company We serve clients in the areas of Nursing Home Law, Health Law, Elder Law, Wills and Estates, Homeowners Association Law, Real Estate, Planning & Land Use, Zoning, Corporate, Contract, Business Law, and Collections in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
