High Net Worth Personal Insurance Account Manager - Hybrid/Fully Remote

Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of VIP personal lines accounts, including secondary and high-value homes, boats/yachts, antique/exotic cars, fine art/jewelry and more. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. Manage and service a book of business, handling a diverse range of account sizes. Utilize agency management software to manage accounts efficiently. Collaborate with carriers such as Andover, Chubb, AIG, PURE, and others. Stay updated on industry trends and maintain strong knowledge of insurance coverages. Qualifications/Requirements Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required. Strong knowledge of High-Net-Worth coverages. Proficiency in using Applied EPIC or similar agency management software is preferred. Proven experience managing mid-market and VIP personal lines accounts. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a fully remote/hybrid environment. Commitment to providing outstanding customer service and maintaining long-term client relationships.
