Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized tools to evaluate clients' mental health needs accurately. Develop individualized treatment plans that align with clients' specific goals, preferences, and potential barriers to progress. Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches. Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions, progress notes, and treatment adjustments in accordance with HIPAA guidelines. Provide consultative support to families and collaborate with other health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay up to date with industry best practices. Patient Population / Client FocusYou will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals grappling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions.

Qualifications: A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution. Currently licensed to practice as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee, with a deep understanding of state regulations and ethical practices. Proficient in utilizing technology, particularly telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHRs), and Microsoft/G Suite applications. Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and provide empathetic support.

Preferred Experience: Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly favorable, as it equips you with the skills necessary to engage clients effectively through virtual means. A background in working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or those dealing with substance abuse issues, will be advantageous. Experience in crisis intervention and management is a plus, as you will likely encounter clients in various states of emotional distress.
