About the role

Job Description: MAINTENANCE MECHANICAutomation Personnel Services is seeking an experienced Maintenance Mechanic to perform general facility maintenance, equipment repairs, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment
Pay Rate: $26.00–$30.00 per hour
Schedule and HoursMonday–Thursday8:00 AM – 5:00 PMMaintenance Mechanic Duties and Responsibilities Must have industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing or production environment. Perform general facility maintenance and preventive/corrective maintenance on industrial equipment. Troubleshoot and repair 480V/110V electrical systems, machinery, and equipment. Troubleshoot PLC, VSD, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Maintain and repair overhead cranes, air compressors, and shop equipment; read prints and schematics. Follow all safety procedures, OSHA/NFPA guidelines, maintain accurate records, and keep work areas clean and safe.
Maintenance Mechanic Qualifications and Requirements: Previous industrial maintenance/mechanical experience required. Ability to independently troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues. Must work safely around industrial machinery and equipment. Must be willing to work Fridays for makeup time and/or overtime; position is Temp-to-Hire based on performance and company needs. Must be able to pass a Drug Screen and Background check. Job TypeFull-time, temporary to hire
