Our team is built on empowerment and trust, which allows us to effectively serve our clients.Job Description: The project manager plans, directs and coordinates activities of designated projects to ensure that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished within prescribed time frames and funding parameters. The incumbent will directly manage both the project and the technical support personnel.Essential Functions:Strong organizational, time-management, trouble shooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent interpersonal / communications skillsLeadership and decision-making skillsMajor Duties & Responsibilities:Reviews project plan / time frame / procedures on all projects and schedules project coordination meetings with appropriate personnel.Determines technical staffing requirements, schedules and manages appropriate resources needed to complete project.Manage customer’s expectations within project timelines and project budgets, forecasting and scheduling of subcontractors and technicians.Prepares and maintains all necessary paperwork for projects. (i.e. monthly forecast, billings report, Project Management Reviews, etc.)Follow implementation procedures per job on a timely basis.Works well with co-workers in all departments and displays positive attitude toward the work and goals of the Operations department.Is responsible for the performance, demeanor, performance reviews and conduct of technical staff on assigned projects.
