Mechanical Engineering Manager

Location: Meridian, ID

Pay Range: $144,000 - $160,000 yearly What's the Job? Lead and approve mechanical and automation system designs, including plumbing and tank systems, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and customer requirements Develop, review, and approve system specifications based on technical feasibility, cost, and performance requirements Provide timely feedback on manufacturing questions and requests for information Lead resolution of manufacturing issues by driving design corrections, updating documentation, and ensuring root cause closure; verify products are built to specifications and resolve discrepancies by updating drawings, routers, and BOMsOversee engineering execution, resource planning, and design standards to ensure deliverables meet project scope, schedule, and cost targets What's Needed? Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering Three years of experience as a Mechanical Engineer 2 - 6years of people-management experience Knowledgeable and competent with 3D modeling in Solid Works Knowledgeable of 2D manufacturing drawings and details necessary for fabrication Ability to read and understand electrical and plumbing schematics from a variety of sources and manufacturers

Nice to Have: Mechanical Engineering experience in a large equipment manufacturing environment and/or semiconductor industry
