About the Role:
The Company is seeking a VP, Group Account Director for a senior client leadership role. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading executive relationships, driving strategic growth initiatives, and serving as a trusted advisor for two nationally recognized brands. This role requires a senior professional with a deep understanding of CRM, customer lifecycle marketing, customer engagement, loyalty programs, personalization, and customer experience strategy. The VP, Group Account Director will be expected to build and maintain executive-level relationships, lead a portfolio of enterprise CRM and loyalty clients, and develop strategic account plans that align with client business objectives. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with at least 15 years in account management, client services, CRM, customer engagement, loyalty marketing, consulting, digital marketing, or related disciplines. A proven track record of managing executive-level client relationships, driving account growth, and leading high-performing client-facing teams is essential. The role demands strong financial and commercial acumen, exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, and the ability to influence senior-level decision-makers. The VP, Group Account Director will also be responsible for managing account financial performance, leading business reviews, and maintaining a deep understanding of clients' industries to proactively identify opportunities and provide strategic recommendations.
