About the role

Supporting high-achieving pre-med students, the part-time Medical Research Mentor will guide them through the development and completion of original research projects in medicine, science, psychology, and related disciplines in a remote capacity.
Key responsibilities: Mentor undergraduate students through the full research process, from topic selection to final deliverables Guide students in developing feasible, high-quality research questions aligned with their academic and career goals Provide structured feedback on research plans, data interpretation, and written research draftsRequired qualificationsPhD in a relevant field (e.g., medicine, biomedical sciences, psychology, public health) Demonstrated experience conducting academic or clinical research Strong background in research design, data analysis, and academic writing Experience mentoring students or trainees A passion for mentorship and student development
