Warehouse & Facilities Maintenance Technician Job SummarySchedule: Full-time Monday-Friday 1st Shift 6:30am-3:00pm or until completionThe Warehouse Maintenance and Cleaning Associate is an essential part of our warehouse operation and plays a key role in ensuring other team members are able to complete their work safely and efficiently, as well as sustaining high morale and job satisfaction by keeping the warehouse clean and organized. This position is responsible for performing routine general building and equipment maintenance, and cleaning tasks in the warehouse areas of operation. Warehouse & Facilities Maintenance Technician DutiesUtilize a forklift to move product, pallets and equipment as neededRespond quickly to cleaning situations that increase associate risk for slips, trips, or fallsBuild rapport with team members and promote cleanliness and organizational goalsEnsure facility has adequate tools and resources available for associates Address tipped pallets in warehouse rackingEnsure aisles are kept clean of debris and obstacles that hinder equipment trafficOperate floor scrubbing machineAddress spilled product situations Aid in collecting and/or repairing damaged productEnsure excess shrink wrap is cut from pallets and product is being stored neatlyRoutinely sweep, mop, dust, sanitize, and empty trash cans in various work areasManage area dedicated to storing damaged palletsEnsure warehouse equipment is being kept in good condition Perform grounds maintenance tasks such as landscaping, cleaning debris from exterior dock areas, washing and drying windows, and snow blowing and saltingLocation: N89W14700 Patrita Drive Menomonee Falls, WI 53051 R.J.
