Real Estate Analyst / Senior Analyst | New York, NYI'm currently working with a growing real estate investment firm in New York that is looking to add an Analyst or Senior Analyst to its Real Estate team as they build out the platform. The team is particularly interested in candidates with strong underwriting experience across real estate transactions. This is an excellent opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial investment team with meaningful exposure across: Deal sourcing & evaluation Financial analysis & modeling Underwriting & investment analysis Market & property-level due diligence Transaction execution & structuring Asset/portfolio monitoring The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate underwriting, whether from a principal investment firm, brokerage, lender, or advisory background, with strong analytical and modeling skills and close attention to detail.
