Senior People Partner: Strategic HR Leader (Remote)

Flow is seeking an experienced People Business Partner to serve as a trusted partner to our corporate organization across multiple functions, states, and locations, including in-office and remote employees nationwide. You will work with corporate leaders to translate business priorities into effective People strategies, coach managers through complex situations, and lead employee relations matters end-to-end while helping Flow scale and evolve its culture and programs.
