School IT Technician: Classroom & Lab Support

Haywood County Schools ITC in Waynesville, NC seeks a Technician I to provide onsite and remote support for classrooms, labs, and offices. The role focuses on hardware and software repair, first-line troubleshooting, and user assistance. The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), have experience with computers, networks, Google Suite and Microsoft Office, and possess a valid NC driver's license.
