To support a major airborne modernization program, the remote Curriculum Developer will create and deliver technical training and courseware for aircrew and maintenance personnel, collaborating closely with engineers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into effective training solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain comprehensive training curricula for aircraft and ground system upgrades
Create instructor-led, hands-on, and blended-learning training programs for various personnel
Conduct training needs analyses and ensure courseware aligns with technical manuals and operational procedures
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline or equivalent military/industry experience
9+ years of curriculum development experience, with 5+ years supporting military aviation or aerospace programs
Experience in developing technical training for aircraft and communications systems
Familiarity with engineering drawings and technical data packages
Active DoD Secret Clearance required at time of employment
