Senior Utilities Engineer - Water & Sewer Programs Lead

The City of Edmonds is seeking a Senior Utilities Engineer to lead and manage the city’s water, stormwater and sewer utility engineering programs. You will develop capital projects, prepare designs and cost estimates, and oversee consultant and contractor contracts. You will use AutoCAD and related software, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with City, state and federal standards while coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders.
