Overview As a Senior Cloud Engineer I, you design, scale, and secure Docebo’s AWS-based platform. You will drive automation, IaC, and security to support a global learning service used by millions. You’ll collaborate with engineering, security, and compliance teams to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance in FedRAMP-regulated environments. This role offers meaningful impact by enabling fast, reliable product delivery and scalable AI-driven learning experiences. Compensation / BenefitsESPP at 15% discounthealth benefitspaid vacation Docebo Daysfloating holidaysbirthday off Responsibilities Architect and operate AWS cloud infrastructure end-to-end for ultra-high availability, performance, and scale Design and implement self-service Infrastructure-as-Code templates and automation workflows Maintain audit-ready FedRAMP configurations, reduce drift, and streamline patching with Security and Compliance teams Collaborate with Engineering to launch services, respond to incidents, and translate post-mortem insights into platform improvements Monitor and optimize platform performance using Datadog, driving decisions on resilience and cost efficiency Mentor and review the work of junior Cloud Engineers, staying ahead of cloud trends Key requirements 4–8 years of experience managing production-grade AWS infrastructure or in cloud/platform engineering Intermediate to advanced IaC experience with Terraform, Cloud Formation, or CDKHands-on Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes/EKS for running microservices Experience with Datadog or similar observability tools and Git/Git Lab for CI/CDDev Ops mindset with scripting in Python, Bash, or GoStrong problem-solving, analytical skills, and collaborative approach Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)collaborativeanalyticalattention to detailAWSInfrastructure as Code (Terraform, Cloud Formation, CDK)Docker
