Remote Patient Financial Advocate: Help Patients Access

Cleveland Clinic is seeking a Patient Financial Advocate to help patients navigate financial responsibilities when uninsured or when coverage is not accepted. You will counsel patients and responsible parties about payment obligations and available options, acting as an advocate to secure appropriate billing outcomes. The role is remote Monday–Friday from 8:30 a.m.to 5:00 p.m. and requires residing in the Northeast Ohio area.
