A midsized NYC architecture firm known for multifamily, cultural, civic and mission‑driven projects with a strong emphasis on sustainability, community impact, and thoughtful design is seeking to add talent to their team! Their work spans institutional buildings, multifamily housing, adaptive reuse, and public‑facing civic spaces across New York City and beyond. They’re seeking an Architectural Designer with 5–10 years of experience to contribute to design development, documentation, and coordination on complex cultural, civic, and residential projects. Ideal candidates have strong Revit skills, excellent design sensibilities, and experience navigating NYC agencies and consultant coordination.
What you’ll do:
- Support design development, detailing, and construction documentation
- Work in Revit across multiple phases of cultural, civic, and residential projects
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and public agencies
- Assist with zoning/code research, DOB submissions, and CA tasks
What you bring:
- Proficiency in Revit
- Experience with cultural, civic, or multifamily projects
- Strong design skills and attention to detail
- Ability to collaborate in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven studio environment
