Training Coordinator

Overview In this role, you will design, implement, and oversee comprehensive training programs to ensure cGMP compliance and support employee development. You will work with department leaders to tailor programs across onboarding, OJT, instructor-led sessions, webinars, and leadership development, aligning with regulatory requirements and company goals. You’ll manage training content, records, and analytics to drive continuous improvement and regulatory readiness. This opportunity suits a detail-oriented collaborator who shapes training strategies in a regulated Responsibilities Design, implement, and manage all training programs (New Hire Orientation, Bootcamp, OJT Certifications, Nephron Qualified Trainer, Contractor Training, Instructor-Led Courses, Webinars, cGMP training, leadership development) with proper documentation and timely updates Collaborate with department leaders to identify needs, develop materials and assessments, and incorporate regulatory updates and organizational objectives Deliver engaging trainings in classroom, virtual, and hands-on formats using technology to enhance clarity and accessibility Administer the Learning Management System (LMS), Training Dashboards, and Quality Management System, manage training records and certifications, and track completions Conduct training needs assessments, perform Training Plan Matrix Reviews, and refine plans based on feedback and performance metrics Audit training program elements (plans, certifications, records, PXRs) to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance Maintain training documentation and PXRs, organize and file records, and respond to training inquiries with a professional, customer-focused approach Conduct facility tours and deliver presentations aligned with the company mission Participate in cross-functional projects and promote FDA oversight awareness Key requirements In-depth knowledge of cGMP, FDA, and regulatory training requirements Expertise in instructional design and adult learning theory Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and training record management Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to lead sessions with diverse audiences Strong organizational skills and multi-project management Proficiency in MS Office, Share Point, Teams, Adobe Acrobat; familiarity with interactive training toolscollaborationcustomer-focused mindsetinitiative and proactive assistanceLMS administrationtraining content creation toolsGDP knowledge
