Learning Consultant

Overview In this role, you will design and deliver impactful training to boost property ops, leveraging management systems, sales strategies, and KPIs. You’ll run engaging sessions both in-person and virtual, collaborating with stakeholders to refine materials and support new acquisitions and openings. Your proactive coaching will ensure teams have the knowledge and tools for success, fostering a culture of learning across the organization. This is a hands-on role that combines instructional design, operations training, and relationship-building to drive performance. Compensation / Benefits Full benefits package Generous paid time off 401(k) with company match Growth and advancement opportunities Lucrative referral bonus program On-site rental discount Responsibilities Deliver and manage multi-format training programs (in-person, virtual, self-paced) with emphasis on sales, service, KPIs, and leadership Oversee training administration (scheduling, registration, facilities) and post-training follow-ups Support acquisitions and property openings with tailored onboarding and training for new teams Collaborate on development and updates of training materials with instructional designers and stakeholders Maintain training documentation, LMS administration, and data-driven reporting on training outcomes Foster partnerships with regional leaders and property managers; conduct on-site training and provide ongoing coaching Lead Week 2 onboarding for new Property Managers, including systems training (CRM, PowerBI, Service Now, etc.) and financials Track training completion and identify gaps to drive continuous improvement Key requirements 3–4 years of in-person and virtual training or instructional design experience in multifamily real estate, hospitality, or customer service 3–4 years of experience in multifamily property management, leasing, or operations 1–2 years of coaching managers, leasing agents, or sales to improve performance Experience with LMS or CMS (One Page or similar)Bachelor-level education preferred (not required)Willingness to travel up to 50%relationship-buildingcoachingcollaborationLMS administrationCRMPowerBI
