We're growing our back-office team at AGM Tech Solutions and are currently looking for a Payroll Specialist to support our U.S. payroll operations. Key Responsibilities:
- Process multi-state U.S. payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely execution
- Manage the biweekly payroll cycle using ADP Workforce, ensuring timely and accurate processing for employees and contractors
- Support payroll data entry, timesheet collection, audits, reconciliations, and reporting
- Track and maintain employee leave-of-absence records (FMLA and state leaves)
- Administer and update payroll records including deductions, benefits, 401(k) contributions, garnishments, and PTO balances
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and banking information while ensuring compliance with data protection standards
- Respond promptly to audit requests and support compliance efforts while meeting established deadlines
- Address employee payroll questions and partner with HR and Finance on payroll-related matters
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience processing U.S. multi-state payroll
- Experience with ADP Workforce preferred
- Strong attention to detail xhqgsiq and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and employee support skills
- Experience in the staffing industry or a similar domain is strongly preferred
Onsite/Hybrid 3 days a week in Manalapan, NJOur back-office team plays a critical role in supporting the consultants we deploy across the country and the clients we serve every day.
