Position Overview: Full-time CRNA opportunity with no call, no nights, and no weekends Care Team model consisting of 2 Cardiac Anesthesiologists, 4 General Anesthesiologists, and 6 CRNAsDiverse case mix including General Surgery, Cardiac, Orthopedics, Endoscopy, Neurology, Spine, Vascular, Robotics, and more No OB, trauma, or pediatric cases Shift model with 8-hour or 10-hour shifts available Physicians cover nights and weekends and may perform their own casesCRNAs may perform peripheral nerve blocks, place their own lines, and manage airways with demonstrated proficiency Qualified Candidates Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Eligible for or currently hold an unrestricted Florida APRN/CRNA license Eligible for or currently hold appropriate national certification Demonstrated proficiency in peripheral nerve blocks, line placement, and airway management Commitment to collaborative, high-quality patient care Incentive/Benefits Package Very competitive base salary plus a $10,000 geographic stipend Additional $15,000 stipend for cardiac-proficient CRNAs$75,000 Start Date Bonus, with early sign-on option Up to $15,000 in relocation assistance available 8 weeks of Time Away From Practice with no waiting period, increasing with years of service Premium pay when working past a scheduled shift or picking up additional shifts Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, long-term and short-term disability, life insurance, HSA, and FSA401(k) company match starting at 3% and increasing with years of service 100% company-paid occurrence-based professional liability insurance with no tail required About HCA Florida Northside HospitalHCA Florida Northside Hospital is a 288-bed hospital offering a full range of services, including comprehensive and interventional stroke care, preventative and corrective cardiac care, full-service orthopedic and spine treatment, an ER 24/7, and general surgery.
