To support the National Volunteer Fire Council's mission, the full-time Membership Coordinator will manage member services, outreach, and communications while maintaining accurate membership records in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
Maintain a thorough understanding of membership categories and effectively communicate benefits to members
Assist in membership processes including dues renewals, data entry, and maintaining accurate database records
Support the online member forum and draft presentations to attract new members and engage existing ones
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Two to four years of related experience and/or training
Experience with membership databases and email marketing systems preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Power Point
Demonstrated success in recruiting and retaining members
