We are seeking an experienced IAM Engineer to join a large enterprise identity and access management team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting IAM solutions to ensure secure user authentication, authorization, and access governance across enterprise environments.
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- Strong experience implementing and supporting enterprise IAM solutions
- Experience with user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and access governance
- Hands-on experience configuring IAM platforms and managing identity lifecycle
- Knowledge of SSO, MFA, RBAC, LDAP, Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, or similar identity technologies
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SailPoint, Okta, CyberArk, Ping Identity, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), ForgeRock, or similar IAM tools
- Experience with Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, MFA, and RBACKnowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (NIST, SOX, ISO 27001)
- Experience working in enterprise or large-scale environments
