The result is a working environment that encourages bold thinking, collaboration and delivering client-centered solutions.Job DescriptionEagle Hill is proactively seeking Consulting Manager candidates to fill potential project roles for our U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) client. These projects will provide strategic, operational, and analytical support to enable CBP offices to modernize operations, enhance workforce programs, and improve mission delivery.Applicants must be willing and able to work on client sites within the Washington, DC metro area on a daily basis or as required by the client. Anticipated project work may include Program and Project Management, Strategic Communications, Workforce Engagement, Data Analytics, Process Optimization, Change Management or other Eagle Hill service offerings.At Eagle Hill, Managers lead teams and projects, nurture and grow client relationships, and are responsible for successful client delivery. Managers also play a lead role in broader account or Eagle Hill initiatives and business development activities.Specific responsibilities will vary based on project role, but may include:Manage project teams and play a hands-on role in developing client solutions and deliverablesWork collaboratively with clients to develop a deep understanding of business issues, create strategies to address their problems, and work alongside clients to implement those solutionsDevelop and mentor more junior team membersActively lead and participate in business development
